It’s the start of summer and we heard that the Midwest is the place to be! We are cruising in to Minneapolis for the first stop on our Midwest Luxury Minneapolis Showcase.
You will find us at Starling in Edina, a new dining experience to the area that opened in 2024. With a no reservations, first come, first served policy this neighborhood eatery offers a variety of seating in their main dining room with an assortment of booths, banquettes and side by side tables for two.
Named for the bird, Starling, the restaurant draws inspiration from its global migratory pattern when creating food and cocktail menus as well as a symbol of vitality. Serving dishes influenced by the Americas, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia, you really will find a global experience here.
